Fruitful Morning Meusli
2 c QUAKER Oats uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
2 c Apple juice or apricot nectar
1 1/2 c Sliced fresh fruit
8 oz Vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 tb Chopped nuts* (optl)
Fresh fruit: any combination of banana, poaches, nectarines or strawberries
Combine all ingredients except nuts; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Serve cold; sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Refrigerate in air tight container up to 4 days.
