Butter Hot Peaches With A Honey And Muscat Syrup
3 Just ripe peaches; (or nectarines) (3 to 4)
50 g Unsalted butter; (2oz)
2 tb Flower honey
2 tb Sweet muscat or dessert wine; (2 to 3)
Vanilla ice cream or mascarpone to serve
Halve and slice the peaches. Heat the butter with the honey in a wok. When dissolved, toss in the peaches and the sweet muscat or dessert wine. Reheat until bubbling and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream or mascarpone.
