Cream Cheese Dressing For Fresh Fruit
8 oz Cream cheese; softened (227gm)
3 tb Powdered sugar; (50mL) [icing sugar]
2 tb Light cream; (25mL)
2 tb Orange liqueur; (25mL) Or 1 tbsp. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate (15mL)
Beat all ingredients together until light.
Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and grapes.
Serves 4 to 6.
