Avocado and Cheese Dip 2 Ripe avocado pears
2 tb Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/2 sm Onion; grated
3 1/2 oz Packet full-fat soft cream cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Paprika to garnish
Peel the avocados, then halve and remove the stones. Mash with the lemon
juice.
Beat in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste, and sprinkle with
paprika.
Serve as a dip with savoury biscuits, crisps and crudits.
