Chutney Glazed Turkey
8 Turkey breast cutlets; 2 ounces each
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c Mango chutney
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Dry sherry
1 ts Curry powder
Place the turkey breast on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine the chutney, mustard, sherry, and curry powder in a bowl, and stir well. Brush half of the chutney mixture over the turkey cutlets and broil for 4 min.
Turn the turkey cutlets over, and brush with the remaining chutney mixture; broil and additional 3 min. or until done.
