Chili Crusted Flank Steak With Mango Salsa

Steak
3 tb Chili powder
2 tb Black pepper
1 1/2 tb Cumin
1 tb Salt
1 1/2 lb Flank steak
1 tb Olive oil


Mango Salsa
1 lg Mango - seeded and diced
1 Diced small red onion
1 Diced red bell pepper
1/4 c Cilantro
1 Minced garlic clove
1/4 c Orange juice
2 tb Lime juice
1 Minced jalepeno pepper
Salt to taste


Steak - Combine the chili powder, pepper, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. Rub the entire surface of the steak with the mixture. Drizzle the olive oil over the surface of the steak and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. To cook, grill or broil to desired doneness. Thinly slice to serve. Mango Salsa - In a large bowl, combine the mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, jalepeno pepper, and salt.
