Baked Fruit Compote
4 Dried apricots
4 Dried prunes
1/4 c Apple juice
1/4 c Apricot nectar
1/4 c Water
1 ts Grated orange peel
1 ts Grated lemon peel
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
Simmer apricots, prunes and liquid in saucepan 6 minutes. Peel, core and cut pears and apples into 1 inch pieces. Add pear, apple and remaining ingredients to saucepan. Cook 12 minutes until tender. Serve warm or chilled.
