Californian Style Brochettes
1 pk Cauldron Tofu; original or marinated, cut into 32 cubes
1 sm Pineapple; peeled and cut into 32 pieces
4 oz Large seedless black grapes
1 md Mango; peeled and cut into 4 pieces
4 oz Mango chutney
8 Sprigs fresh herbs
1 Lime; cut into 4 wedges
Thread skewers alternately with tofu, pineapple, grapes and mango.
Brush with mango chutney. Cook under a pre-heated grill for 5 minutes until very hot and just browning.
Serve immediately, scattered with fresh herbs garnished with wedges of lime.
