Burning Fruit Salsa
1/2 Red onion
2 Habaneros (or to taste) (up to 3)
1 TABLE spoon lime juice
1 ts Olive oil
1 TEA spoon cilantro (or to taste)
1 TEA spoon mint (or to taste)
Chop the following ingredients finely (especially the habanero) and mix well. Cooling it for 1-2 hours before serving makes it even better
