Cranberry and Tangerine Orange Sauce
4 Dsp concentrated turkey juice
115 g Cranberries
140 ml Tangerine orange juice
55 g Demerara sugar
Cinnamon stick or 1/4tsp ground cinnamon powder
Reduce and concentrate the turkey juices by bubbling for several minutes. Add the cranberries, orange juice and demerara sugar and cook together for 6-8 minutes until thick and cranberries have popped. Serve hot.
You may want to sweeten the sauce even more and spice it up with a hint of cinnamon. Use either a cinnamon stick bubbled with the sauce or 1/4tsp ground cinnamon powder.
