1/2 lb Crabmeat
1/2 c Lime juice
1 ts Tangerine peel, grated
2/3 c Tangerine
1/2 c Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 tb Purple onions, chopped
1 tb Cilantro, chopped
1 tb Jalapeno, chopped
1/8 ts Salt
Combine ingredients in a bowl, toss gently. Cover and Chill
