Chocolate Dipped Fruits
1 qt Fresh strawberries
2 Navel oranges; or tangerines Peeled and sectioned
1 lb Seedless grapes
1 lb Semisweet chocolate
Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler over LOW heat, stirring until thoroughly melted and smooth. CAUTION: Don't let water steam or the moisture might ruin the chocolate. Holding strawberries by the stems, dip each one halfway into melted chocolate. Repeat with orange sections, and with grapes. Place chocolate-dipped fruits on a flat platter and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
