Almond Cherry Crunch Pie 3 c Cherry pie filling; up to 4
1 tb Corn starch
2 dr Almond flavoring
>Topping:
1/2 c Finely chopped almonds
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 c All-purpose flour
4 tb Butter; melted
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix pie filling, corn starch and almond flavoring. Pour into unbaked
pie crust Combine almonds, brown sugar and flour. Stir in melted
butter until mixture is crumbly. Crumble mixture on top of pie.
