Canned Cherry Crisp

1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 ts Almond extract
1/4 c Rolled oats, uncooked
1/4 c Toasted coconuts
2 tb All-purpose flour
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
2 tb Butter or margarine, softened


Pour cherry pie filling into an 8-inch, round microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with almond extract. Spread mixture evenly in dish.


In a small bowl, combine oats, coconut, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well.


Cut in butter with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture over cherry filling.


Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100% power) 4 to 5 minutes (rotating dish twice), or until filling is hot and bubbly.
