1/4 ts Five spice
1/2 c Catsup
1/2 c Shoyu
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Oyster sauce
1 cn (6-oz) guava concentrate
1 Clove crushed garlic
5 lb Chicken thighs
Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight. Bake, fry or grill
chicken until done.
