Wacky Watermelon Pie
1 1/2 c Low-fat graham cracker crumbs
1 tb Oil
12 oz Cool Whip Free; thawed
3 oz Watermelon gelatin powder
1/4 c Water
2 c Watermelon balls
Preheat oven to 350. To prepare crust, combine graham cracker crumbs
and oil in a small mixing bowl. Press into prepared pan. Bake for
10 minutes. To prepare filling,combine whipped topping, watermelon
gelatin powder, and water. Fold in watermelon balls. Spoon into
prebaked crust. Chill for 2 hours.
