Crusty Plum Bake 1 1 pound 13 ounce can plums. drained and sliced
1 Egg
3 Egg yolks
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Whipping cream
1 tb Flour
2 tb Lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a 9 inch baking dish and
arrange the plums evenly over the bottom. Combine the egg, egg yolks
and sugar. Beat until creamy, then add the cream, flour and lemon
juice and mix well. Carefully pour the mixture over the plums. Bake
for 30 minutes, or until top is golden. Sprinkle with powdered
sugar, if desired. Serves 6
