Strawberry-Papaya Breakfast Shake
1/2 c Skim milk
1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c Fresh strawberries; hulled
1/2 md Papaya; seeded, peeled chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 tb Honey
3 lg Ice cubes or 1/3 cup crushed ice
In a blender container combine skim milk, plain yogurt, strawberries,
papaya, and honey. Cover and blend till smooth. With the blender
running, add ice cubes, one at a time through the opening in lid.
Blend till smooth. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately.
