Raspberry Rhubarb Vinaigrette
1/2 c Raspberry Basalmic Vinegar
1/2 c Rhubarb Wine
1/2 c Salad Oil
2 tb Dijon Mustard
1 tb Lime Juice
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts White Pepper
Combine all ingredients in either a blender, or a sealable jar, and blend.
Best if chilled before using.
