5 Grapefruit zested; in wide pieces
5 Lemons zest; in wide pieces
5 Oranges zest; in wide pieces
10 c Sugar
10 c Water
3 Bottles Nandini grappa
Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both
together until clear. Allow to cool
Arrange 8 quart bottles and place 1/2 of each zest in each bottle.
Divide simple syrup among bottles and top each with grappa.
