4 c Cantaloupe; Chunks
2 Lemons; Juiced
1/2 c Sugar
1. Strain cantaloupe through a sieve or whirl in a blender.
2. Add lemon juice and sugar.
3. Place in freezing trays and freeze until almost firm.
4. Place in bowl and beat until smooth.
5. Return to trays and freeze until firm
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
