4 Ripe cantaloupes; cut in chunks
6 oz Orange juice
1/4 -(up to) 1/3 c Honey
1/2 -(up to) 1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 pt Whipping cream
1/2 c Calvados (optional)
Puree cantaloupe in food processor or blender. Add orange juice, honey,
cinnamon, whipping cream and Calvados. Chill. May be served in cantaloupe
halves with mint sprigs for garnish. Yield: 6 servings.
