Citrus Pineapple Salsa 1 md Red grapefruit peeld/chopped
1 md Red bell pepper, diced
1 sm Orange, peeled/chopped
8 oz Crushed pineapple, undrained
2 Green onions, thinly sliced
1 sm Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1 ts Ground cumin
2 tb Fresh lime juice
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with Southwest
Chicken Salad. Yields 4 servings.
