Iced Kiwi Mousse 6 lg Kiwi; peeled
1/2 c Sugar, powdered
1/2 t Orange zest
4 Egg whites
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Sugar, powdered
10 oz Cream
Puree kiwi, first measure of sugar and orange rind; chill. Whip egg
whites and salt. Beat in second measure of sugar. Fold in chilled
puree. Whip cream and add. Pour into dish and freeze. You may replace
kiwi, sugar and rind with 1 cup of any berry fruit.
