2 c Ripe kiwifruit; diced
1/2 c Chopped red onion
1/4 c Chopped red capsicum
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/2 c Basil leaves; chopped
1 Serrano; chopped
1 ts Ground cumin
1/4 c Lime juice
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, stirring gently. Refrigerate for up to 24
hours in a covered container before serving.
