Melon Creme Pie
4 c Cantaloupe; diced
1 pn Sea salt
1 c Apple juice
3 Chunks tofu; (about 4 ounces) (up to 4)
4 tb Agar agar; (up to 5)
Water-saute the cantaloupe for about 10 minutes. Put in blender or food
mill and puree with apple juice and tofu. Put mixture back in pan on the
stove, add agar agar, simmer until dissolved, and pour in pie plate until
