Date and Cranberry Relish
1/2 lb Fresh cranberries
12 md Dates; coarsely chopped
1/2 Lemon; seeded and diced
1/3 c Sugar
1 tb Cider vinegar
1 pn Cayenne pepper
Put cranberries, dates and lemon in a food processor and process until
well combined but not totally smooth.
Combine sugar, vinegar and cayenne. Add to mixture and pulse a few
times. Chill an hour before serving.
