Pear Mousse
2 Pears 1 tb Double cream; (or creme fraiche). 3 tb Fromage blanc. 1 pk Vanilla sugar. Peel the pears and remove the cores. Blend the pears in a liquidizer. Pour the fromage blanc, cream and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add the pear puree. Stir, then pour into dessert bowls.
