Honey Cream Fruit Skewers
2 Kiwi fruit; peel, cut 8 wedg
1/4 Cantaloupe; cut into 8 chunk
1/3 Honeydew melon; cut into 8 c
1/4 Pineapple; cut into 8 chunks
Honey Cream Sauce:
1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
1/4 ts Paprika
1/2 c Heavy cream; whipped
Divide fruit amont
eight bamboo skewers, threading fruits so that kiwis wind up on both
ends. Chill in refrigerator while you make Honey Cream Sauce. Blend
honey, lemon juice and paprika in small bowl. Fold in whipped cream,
cover and chill before using.
