Fruit Kabobs with Lemon Cream
1 Custard-style lemon yogurt -
2 tb Lite cream cheese; from a tu
1 ts Poppy seeds
1/2 ts Lemon peel; grated
12 Bamboo skewers
12 Cantaloupe balls
2 Kiwi fruit; peeled, chunked
In small bowl, combine yogurt and cream cheese;
blend until smooth. Stir in poppy seed and lemon peel. Refrigerate
until serving time. On each skewer, thread 1 strawberry, 1 piece each
of cantaloupe and kiwi. Serve on lettuce-lined plate with lemon
