Fruit Gratin

2 Tangerines
2 Oranges
1 Grapefruit
2 T Orange liqueur
100 ml Whipping cream
2 Eggwhites
75 g Sugar
2 Egg yolks
1 x Icing sugar
200 g Berries; to your liking


Peel fruits, cut into segments and marinate in orange liqueur. Whisk cream and and egg whites separatley with sugar until stiff, cream the two mixtures together. Fold in egg yolks. Place 1/4 of the mixture onto 4 ovenproof plates. Place marinated fruits on top, dust with icing sugar and place under a hot grill until lightly brown. Sprinkle with berries and serve immediately.
