Kiwi Sorbet

4 Kiwi fruit (1/2 pound) peeled and cubed
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Sugar
2/3 c Fresh lemon juice
1/2 c Midori liqueur
2 tb Lt. Karo syrup
1/2 c Cold water


In food processor bowl, combine kiwi, sugar, and lemon juice. Chill 1 hour. Puree and ad Midori, corn syrup and water. Mix well. Place in ice cream freezer and freeze according to manurf. directions. The alcohol extends freezing time. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Makes 1 quart
