3 c Cubed watermelon, rind and seeds removed
1 c Orange juice
2 tb Fresh lime juice
2 tb Lime marmalade or sugar (or more to taste)
Make the frozen watermelon cubes in advance and store them in a
heavy-duty freezer bag for spur-of-the-moment use.
Spread the watermelon cubes, not touching each other, on a tray.
Freeze until solid. Put the orange juice, lime juice and lime
marmalade or sugar in a blender. With the motor running, gradually
add the frozen watermelon cubes and process until the mixture turns
to slush. If necessary, process in batches. Add additional lime
marmalade or sugar to taste.
