Almond Date Shake 1 c Orange juice; freshly squeezed
1/2 Ripe banana
2 ts Raw unsalted almond butter
1/4 c Chopped pitted dates
1/4 ts Pure vanilla extract
1/4 ts Pure almond extract
2 Ice cubes; (up to 3)
1 tb Raw bran; (optional)
Whir everything in a blender at high speed for about 30 seconds.
