$100.00 Fruit Salad
1 can crushed pineapple, drain juice
Mix 4 tablespoons cornstarch with a little water and pineapple juice. Let this thicken and remove from heat. Then mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Pour this over fruit and pineapple while still hot. This will keep your fruit from turning dark. (If you're making a large amount you need 2 cans pineapple.)
