24 Hour Fruit Salad
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. oleo
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 can pears
1 can peaches
1 can pineapple
Dash of salt
Beat eggs and add sugar, salt and vinegar. Cook, stirring until thick. Add butter. Whip cream (or you may use Cool Whip) until stiff, then add fruit, cooled sauce and marshmallows. Chill 24 hours. Orange Jello may be used with this recipe to stretch. Congeal Jello and cut into blocks and mix with salad.
