African Fruit Bowl
1 lg. pineapple
Assorted fresh fruit, diced
Whipped cream or two sm. blocks of ice cream
The two halves of the pineapple, scooped out, provide the "bowls" of this dish. Cut pineapple in half, scoop out the flesh and chop it into dice. Mix with diced fruits and pile them back into the pineapple shells, pouring the fruit juices over. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
