Baked Fruit Compote
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried pitted prunes
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Mix all the fruit in a large bowl; pour into a three quart casserole. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over baked or grilled ham as a side dish.
