Baked Fruit Curry
1/3 c. margarine
16 oz. can pear halves
20 oz. can pineapple slices
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
12 maraschino cherries
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
20 oz. can peach halves
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Melt margarine; add sugar and spices. Drain and dry fruit and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add butter mixture and garnish with cherries. Bake 1 hour uncovered. Serve with pound cake or ham or Canadian bacon. Is good reheated. Bake at 325 degrees.
