Baked Fruit Form
1 can dark pitted cherries
1 can sliced or halved peaches
1 can apricot halves
Rind of 1/2 orange, grated
Rind of 1/2 lemon, grated
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 orange
3/4 c. brown sugar
A little rum or sherry
Drain juice off fruit. Add lemon and orange juice and rind and brown sugar. Put in a casserole dish and bake for 1 hour in oven at 350 degrees. Serve warm, with sweet or sour cream.
