Baked Papaya Maunakaea 1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chutney, chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. water chestnuts, diced
2 tbsp. golden raisins
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 papayas, halved & seeded
Combine cheeses, chutney and curry. Mix in chestnut and raisins. Fill papayas with mixture. Drizzle with butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over papayas. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
