1 (#2 1/2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 - 1/2 lb. finely shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. (scant) sugar
2 tbsp. flour (rounded)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix pineapple and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Put in buttered flat casserole and cover with buttered crumbs (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
