1 (#2) can chunk pineapple
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Mix the drained pineapple with the grated cheese. Mix flour and sugar in saucepan and add the juice from the drained pineapple. Heat just to blend well. Put the pineapple-cheese mixture in an 8 inch square baking dish and cover with the sauce. Top with the bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
