1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. diced cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
To the juice drained from the pineapple, add the sugar, flour, and well beaten egg and cream. Cook until thickened. Place pineapple chunks in greased, shallow baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Pour the cooked sauce over the pineapple. Cover with the marshmallows and brown in the oven.
