1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. juice
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Cook juice, sugar and flour until sugar melts. Add pineapple and cheese. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top and drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
