1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
5 slices bread, cubed
6 tbsp. margarine
Combine first 4 ingredients and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Melt margarine in a skillet and add bread cubes; stir well until lightly browned. Put on top of pineapple mixture and bake 30 minutes.
