1 (16-20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1/2 c. margarine
4-5 slices of white bread, cubed
Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Beat in eggs, then add crushed pineapple (juice too!). Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Melt margarine and bread cubes. Toss to coat. Sprinkle over pineapple. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
