1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pineapple flavoring
1 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Mix drained pineapple with grated cheese. Mix flour and sugar; add pineapple juice and flavoring. Heat until blended well. Put pineapple-cheese mixture in an 8" square baking dish and cover with sauce. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. This is excellent served with meat.
