1 lg. (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
Dot of butter
Dash of salt
Separate 2 eggs, saving whites. Add beaten yellows, 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons tapioca to pineapple. Put in saucepan and cook until thick. Beat egg whites and fold into pineapple mixture after it has cooled a little. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in 9"x9" dish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
