Baked Pineapple

1 lg. can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
Saltine crackers, break in lg. chunks

Mix together: sugar, flour, and oleo. Place can of pineapple chunks in 9 x 9 inch square pan; pour above mixture of sugar, flour, and oleo over it. Include liquid from pineapple can. Cover with Saltine crackers - the amount depends on amount of juice, but it is always good! This can be doubled with ease. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until top browns. Serves 4-6.
